Meet the Founder
With nearly three decades of distinguished experience in the global shipping industry, Capt. Ajit Kumar Ojha brings exceptional leadership, operational excellence, and strategic insight to every venture he leads. A seasoned Master Mariner, he has served with renowned maritime organisations such as The Shipping Corporation of India (SCI), D’Amico Tankers, and ASP Ship Management, sailing across Oil and Chemical Tankers, Bulk Carriers, Passenger Vessels, and other versatile fleets. His extensive sea-going career has equipped him with deep expertise in vessel operations, cargo management, safety systems, compliance, and commercial shipping.
Transitioning ashore, Capt. Ojha expanded his portfolio with significant exposure to offshore vessels, heavy-lift operations, break-bulk cargoes, terminal coordination, and marine consultancy, further strengthening his multidisciplinary command over the maritime value chain. Over the years, he has played key roles in marine surveying, ship management, chartering, and end-to-end logistics oversight — experience that has been instrumental in shaping his entrepreneurial journey.
As the founder of multiple maritime and logistics companies across India and the Middle East, Capt. Ojha is recognised for his forward looking approach, operational rigour, and commitment to service excellence. His leadership is defined by a strong emphasis on safety, efficiency, stakeholder value creation, and building high-performance maritime organisations that cater to evolving global trade demands.
